Justin Bieber lidera os nomeados com oito indicações, que incluem: Artista Do Ano, Melhor Artista Pop, Música do Ano, Clipe do Ano, Melhor Collab e Maiores Fãs. Em seguida, Doja Cat e Lil Nas X estão com seis indicações cada.
Na categoria Melhor Artista Brasileiro concorrem Anitta, Ludmilla, Luísa Sonza, Manu Gavassi e Pabllo Vittar.
